Welcome

Four and Twenty Blackbirds is (at this time) a by-appointment only patisserie specializing in artisan pastries, cakes and confections. We use the best ingredients we can find, combined with local seasonal produce to bring you fresh, innovative desserts.

After graduating from the French Pastry School in Chicago, which offers instruction based on the artist-apprentice model that has been in Europe for hundreds of years, I returned to Kansas to bring these skills and techniques home. I hope you will enjoy our delectable French pastries and desserts as much as we enjoy making them for you.
